Order Processing

Each order is carefully prepared in our studio.
Once your order is ready, it is handed over to our shipping partners.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options depending on your location and preferences, including:

  • Home delivery

  • Pick-up point delivery

  • International shipping

Available options are automatically displayed at checkout.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping for orders over X € (to customize).

  • Below that amount, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the method selected.
    The exact cost appears before finalizing your order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email,

  • Your tracking number,

  • A direct link to track your parcel.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate.
If the address is incorrect or the package is returned to us:

  • A reshipment is possible (additional fees may apply), or

  • A refund can be issued excluding shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with a photo (if applicable).
    We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Taxes & Duties

For orders outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
